Email info@brewsterwickershampublications.com and we will get back to you, usually within two business days. It helps to mention your device (Android, iPhone or iPad) and what you were doing when the problem happened.
How do I play?
Fill the grid so every rune appears once in each row and once in each column. A gold dot between two cells means their runes are one apart in rank; a chevron points at the lesser rune. The five lessons in the Apprenticeship teach each rule on a tiny grid, and Settings → The Laws of Weaving (or the ⓘ on any puzzle) explains them again.
Is today's puzzle the same for everyone?
Yes. The daily rite comes from the date, so every warden gets the same one. It turns over at midnight where you are.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Your progress lives only on your device; there is no account and no server. Before you delete the app or change phones, open Settings → Your save and write a copy somewhere safe. Restore a copy in the same place brings it back.
Can I buy Aether?
No. Nothing for sale gives Aether, chamber levels or answers. You can remove ads, open the Vault of past dailies, and buy cosmetic skins and a pack of larger puzzles.
I bought something and it is not showing.
Open Settings and use Restore patronage (or Restore purchases in the store), signed in to the same Google account or Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Google Play or Apple.
The daily reminder is too much (or not enough).
Reminders are off until you turn them on, and never arrive once today's rite is done. Change the time, or turn off the evening Last call, in Settings.
